ROSME N book publishing house is looking for a Sales Director to develop a new product category from scratch: products for moms and babies (strollers, bottles, sterilizers).
Price segment: mid, upper-mid, premium.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the fulfillment of planned performance indicators for profitability, distribution, and sales volume, including the development of product promotion strategies
- Market and competitive environment analysis, identification of promising growth areas and opportunities to increase the company's market share
- Preparation of sales department performance reports and their submission to management
- Monitoring product presence on partner shelves
- Monitoring inventory turnover/managing slow-moving stock in retail chains
- Accounts receivable control
Requirements:
- Sales department management experience of 3+ years
- Team management experience of 3+ people
- Ability to conduct negotiations and defend the company's interests
- Systemic approach, initiative, flexible thinking, analytical skills, positive attitude, and readiness to take responsibility for decisions and actions
- Ability to adapt to new conditions and effectively solve non-standard tasks aimed at achieving results
- Persuasion skills, efficiency, independence
- Proficient user of MS Office, 1C
