Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate employee records by updating and managing HR data within the HR Information System and ensuring all employment-related documentation is prepared, approved, signed, and archived in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees by responding to inquiries related to HR policies, annual leave, sick leave, employment letters, medical insurance, training, and other HR matters.
- Analyze HR data and assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business and HR decision-making.
- Support employees with medical insurance queries and claims, coordinating with the insurance provider when required.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive joining experience.
- Coordinate with external agencies and government authorities to support employee visa applications, renewals, and other immigration-related processes.
- Participate in regional and global HR initiatives, projects, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the HR team in improving processes and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with any other HR projects or responsibilities assigned from time to time, in line with business needs.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS office software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.

Yes, foreign citizens work at Kaspersky Lab; the hiring process for such employees is carried out in accordance with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation.
