We want to change the world and therefore we are developing a comprehensive solution for Digital Pathology.
We want everyone to be able to get a diagnosis for oncology quickly and without extra costs, as well as a second opinion. To achieve this, we are creating: hardware, a cloud platform for second opinions, and AI tools for supporting clinical decision-making.
Platform is the main tool for collaboration between pathologists, clinicians, and radiologists. The main objectives of the product:
- enable work in multidisciplinary teams
- ensure rapid exchange of patient diagnostic data, both within and between medical institutions
- critically reduce the time for diagnosis and obtaining a second opinion
Histological scanner is the only domestic scanner that has all the necessary documents (RU, ST-1) and is already installed in several pathomorphological departments. The main task of the scanner is to upload high-quality images to the Platform.
Who we are looking for
A person who can build and scale the commercial function of a MedTech company: unite sales, client development, and marketing into a single system, ensure revenue growth and market share. At the initial stage – relying on an account manager and without a dedicated marketer.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Growth
- Development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy
- Identification of target segments (clinics, networks, laboratories, B2B/B2G, etc.)
- Setting and achieving plans for revenue, retention, and scaling
Sales and Clients
- Management of sales and key client development
- Work with the account manager: goals, KPIs, development
- Participation in negotiations with key clients and partners
- Building a sales funnel and CRM processes
Marketing (initially – a function within the CD's responsibility)
- Development of a marketing strategy: positioning, promotion channels
- Launch and testing of lead generation channels (digital, partnerships, events)
- Preparation of hypotheses and ToR for contractors (design, content)
- In the future – hiring and building a marketing team
Analytics and Processes
- Market, competitor, and pricing analysis
- Management of commercial metrics
- Preparation of reports for top management
- Interaction with the company's product and medical expertise
Requirements:
- Experience as Commercial Director / Head of Sales / Business Development for 3–5 years
- Experience in MedTech / HealthTech / Complex B2B Sales is a strong advantage
- Understanding of the sales cycle in medicine and work with decision-makers (doctors, chief physicians, procurement, IT)
- Experience combining sales and marketing at the early or growth stage of a company
- Systematic thinking, focus on measurable results
- Skills in building a team "from scratch"
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with medical institutions and/or the regulatory environment
- Understanding of go-to-market for medical IT products
- Experience launching new products to the market
