We are expanding our team and looking for a Jira Analyst who will take responsibility for the development and configuration of Jira/Confluence, as well as act as a liaison between the business and the technical implementation of processes. If you are interested not just in system administration, but in influencing how the company's work processes are structured, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes
- Manage change implementation initiatives (Change Management), collect structured feedback from stakeholders
- Collect and formalize business requirements, translate them into technical system configurations
- Design and approve technical solutions architecture, considering system limitations
- Ensure continuous process improvement based on performance indicators and feedback
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for internal teams
Requirements
- Ability to identify process bottlenecks, formalize them into requirements, and propose solutions within technical limitations
- Systems thinking, risk management skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with various stakeholders and convey the value of changes
- Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Technical background: REST API, JSON, basic JavaScript, databases, understanding of client-server interaction
- Experience in Jira administration (Cloud and/or Data Center): workflow, permission, notification, screen, field schemes
- Understanding of Jira data structure: issue types, statuses, transitions, custom fields
- Proficient in JQL: filters, reports, bulk operations
- Experience with Jira Automation configuration
- Experience in basic Confluence administration: spaces, access rights, templates
- Experience in building dashboards and reports (Rich Filters, Custom Charts)
- Experience with Jira Plans, Structure, Advanced Roadmaps, or Big Picture
Will be a plus
- Experience with n8n or similar automation tools (Make, Zapier, Albato)
- Experience implementing AI solutions
- Atlassian certification
