Makarriy-M is an official distributor of the Lyskovo Brewery, operating in the market since 2008. The company specializes in the distribution of beer and soft drinks in Moscow and the Moscow region. They actively cooperate with leading retail chains such as Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Auchan, Atak, Da, Hyperglobus, Miratorg, and many others, which allows us to ensure stable supplies and high-quality service for our partners.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy.
- Formation of a sales department for wholesale clients and traditional retail.
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships with key retail chains such as Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Auchan, Atak, Hyperglobus, and the onboarding of new retail chains.
- Formation and implementation of sales and marketing strategy in Moscow and Moscow region.
- Management of the sales department team, training, and motivation of employees.
- Analysis and forecasting of market conditions, work with competitors, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Development and implementation of pricing policy, discount systems, and promotions for retail chains.
- Control of commercial plans and KPIs fulfillment, ensuring sales volume growth.
- Monitoring and analysis of financial results, budget management of the department.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in food distribution.
- Experience in successful interaction with major retail chains (federal and regional networks).
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, analyze the market, and develop strategies for sales growth.
- Leadership qualities and team management experience.
- High communication skills, ability to build trusting relationships with partners.
- Result-oriented and ability to make quick decisions.
- Higher education in economics, management, or marketing.
