We are looking for a Senior Engineer for Remote IT Support of User Workstations.
Responsibilities
- processing/resolving incoming requests, consulting bank employees on issues of technical support for automated user workstations (PC/Workstation/Office Equipment/Mobile Devices);
- remote resolution of requests for configuring user workstations, installing/configuring software using MS SCCM and remote administration tools (RDP);
- interaction with related IT divisions of the Bank and service companies on issues of providing technical support services.
Requirements
- higher/secondary special technical education;
- work experience in supporting user equipment in a corporate environment (workstations, infrastructure, IP telephony, etc.);
- experience in administering MS Windows 10, MS Office 2010/2016;
- experience in working with/administering MacOS/iOS, Android, Linux is welcome;
- understanding of the basic principles of building local and global computing networks, the fundamentals of Microsoft network infrastructure;
- understanding of the principles of operation of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, email clients;
- high learning ability and desire to develop in the chosen field, work in a well-coordinated team;
- confident and literate speech;
- analytical mind, ability to work with a large amount of information;
- stress resistance, responsibility, sociability.
