Responsibilities:
- Creation and setup of email campaigns for company clients;
- Segmentation and “hygiene” of the client database;
- Monitoring unsubscribes, obtaining feedback from clients to maintain the database;
- Preparation of templates, creation of creatives;
- Full development of funnels: writing emails, campaign sequences;
- Testing hypotheses for launched campaigns, A/B testing;
- Compiling technical specifications for the designer and copywriter;
- Monitoring performance indicators and campaign optimization;
- Performance analysis, KPI improvement, report preparation.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience with Unisender, Roistat;
- Understanding of technical requirements for sending emails (domain status check, security protocols, stop words, etc.);
- Independent email layout coding;
- Experience in "resuscitating" domain reputation;
- Ability to write concise yet impactful texts;
- Experience in tasking copywriters, designers, and layout specialists.
