The online cinema KION (an MTS ecosystem) is looking for a Senior Strategy Manager.
KION is an online cinema that offers over 150 TV channels, thousands of movies, series, cartoons, and documentary projects. The platform's flagship focus is original content. Among KION's originals are hits such as "Pochka", "Oboyudnoe soglasie", "Perviy nomer", "Khrustalny" and "Akterishche", with new projects released on the first of each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of competitors and best practices (including international ones), identifying growth opportunities for online businesses;
- Definition of key success metrics, rapid analysis and preparation of responses to tasks from top management and shareholders;
- Participation in the development and updating of the strategy, analytical support for businesses within the framework of strategic initiative implementation;
- Ad-hoc tasks requiring work in Excel, such as: updating market models, modeling the effects of initiatives, reflecting new initiatives in the company's financial model.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in strategic consulting projects as a consultant or client within a large company;
- Understanding of online businesses, practical knowledge of what CAC, LTV, churn management, package tariffs, etc. are;
- Willingness to work hands-on in PPT / Excel – AI tools instead of analysts in the team;
- Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level through slides;
- Experience in online media and in Big3 / Tier2 will be an advantage.
