Innovative product manufacturer DEMIAND is looking for an SMM Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Social media audit and analytics;
- Development of scenarios for videos, creation of script descriptions for publications;
- Analysis of social media trends, search for trending video formats;
- Content production organization;
- Identification of promising trends and potentially viral formats;
- Team interaction;
- Reporting.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 1 year of experience in SMM/Content Marketing/Project Management;
- Analytical mindset: ability to work with metrics (reach, engagement, clicks), identify cause-and-effect relationships;
- Understanding of what genuinely attracts an audience;
- Skills in developing scripts and technical specifications (TZ);
- Experience with content planning;
- Proficient in tools: Excel/Google Sheets, social media analytics services.
