Within the back office of the fashion house Ushatava, a vacancy for Marketing Team Lead is open in the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and maintaining the marketing calendar;
• Managing the content plan across all communication channels;
• Organizing the content production process;
• Coordinating work with contractors and the creative team;
• Preparing and launching marketing campaigns;
• Synchronizing the work of PR, SMM, Performance, CRM, and Event directions;
• Monitoring task deadlines and quality of materials;
• Participating in the development of the company's marketing activities;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of content and marketing tools.

Requirements:

• Graphic editors, advanced AI user, Google Space, Excel;
• Team management experience;
• Experience in creating a content plan;
• Leadership qualities, communication skills, creativity.
