MTS is looking for a Marketing Director for the branch team, whose task is to manage the marketing strategy and promotion of the company's telecommunications services in the region, so that users receive the most profitable offers.
The B2C telecommunications business block combines two major areas: mobile communications and fixed business. These are the core products of the MTS ecosystem. Here, employees are engaged in the development and promotion of products in various channels: both in traditional offline retail and online.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of the company's financial and marketing indicators, including revenue, profitability, market share, customer acquisition costs, and other key metrics;
- Initiate and implement network development projects based on the analysis performed;
- Conduct regular monitoring of market trends and changes in the telecommunications industry;
- Identify deviations from plans and budgets, determine the causes of these deviations, and propose corrective measures;
- Calculate investment cases for business expansion, introduction of new products and services;
- Organize and coordinate advertising campaigns aimed at promoting new products, services, and technologies in the region.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education in marketing, economics, analytics, or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and analytics;
- Experience in calculating investment projects will be an advantage;
- Excellent skills in analyzing large volumes of data;
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
