Project Manager for "Digital Deal"

The Auto.ru service helps you buy or sell a car quickly and safely. We are expanding our business and launching new services. In the summer of 2024, we acquired eCredit — a B2B platform for auto loans.

We are looking for a project manager to oversee the "Digital Deal" module on the platform.

What tasks await you

Interaction with banks You will be responsible for interacting with partner banks: establishing regular communication, receiving and transmitting strategic instructions from management, approving changes in customer service processes, monitoring compliance with SLA, speed, and quality of deal processing. You will also be responsible for incident investigation and managing escalations.

Technical health of the product You will need to monitor the stability of bank integrations and the correct operation of the system: monitor statuses, parameters, and events, identify bottlenecks in banking processes, reduce the share of manual operations, and initiate necessary improvements together with product and technical teams.

Infrastructure development You will be responsible for developing the product's infrastructure and adapting it to new formats: embedding the product into new usage scenarios, ensuring a seamless user experience, adjusting processes to meet the requirements of key partners, and participating in the launch of new formats.

Deal quality control Your task will be to control the integrity of the credit process throughout the entire user journey: from application submission to disbursement. You will need to track losses and failures in the process, analyze reasons for conversion decline, and propose improvements.

We expect that you

• Have experience with banking products (lending, fintech, auto loans — will be a significant advantage)
• Possess strong negotiation skills
• Know how to balance the interests of business and technology teams
• Are capable of defending a position and correctly saying "no" when necessary

Will be a plus

• Participated in the launch of fintech products
• Worked with infrastructure or platform products
• Understand integration principles (API, statuses, events)
• Know how to read logs and understand the causes of technical incidents
• Understand the CJM of the credit process (from application to disbursement)
