IT Services Sales Manager

Our company has been operating in the market for 26 years and specializes in creating and promoting websites. We are currently looking for a sales manager to help us find new clients and develop our client base.

You don't need to understand technical details or create websites – our team does that. Your area of responsibility is client acquisition and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

• Finding new clients for website development and promotion
• Conducting negotiations, presenting services, consultations
• Client support
• Handing over clients to the development team
• Maintaining business relationships and building trust

Requirements:

• Sales experience is not required but will be an advantage
• Good communication skills, ability to negotiate
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• High self-organization and result-orientation

Conditions:

• Probationary period – 3 months (training and internship)
• After that – salary at minimum wage + % of each deal
• Income upon plan fulfillment up to 200,000 ₽ per month
• Remote work or hybrid (optional)
• Part-time employment, can be combined with studies or another project
• Flexible 5/2 schedule, work at a convenient time for you
