Company: TsODUM, St. Petersburg Vacancy: Technical Account Manager (Pre-Sales & Sales, B2B, on-premise Software) Salary (base) from 130,000 to 180,000 RUB, by agreement.
✅ We are a technology company developing the Russian monitoring platform Smart DCIM for data centers and engineering infrastructure.
You will not be "cold calling". Your task is to work with already interested clients (IT Directors, Chief Engineers, Information Security) and build a turnkey sales process: 📎 Conduct technical demos and negotiations. 📎 Work with ToRs, proposals, and tenders (including 44-FZ and 223-FZ). 📎 Create expert materials: presentations, case studies, demo scenarios. 📎 Implement and manage CRM from scratch (from contact to deal). 📎 Participate in content creation (articles, webinars) as the company's expert.
Who we are looking for: 📍Experience of 2+ years in B2B sales or pre-sales of complex IT/engineering software/hardware. 📍Understanding of data center infrastructure: PUE, SLA, UPS, BMS, networks, SNMP. 📍Readiness to work in a "startup mode" within the company: no ready-made scripts, but with the opportunity to build everything from scratch. 📍Ability to talk to the client in terms of business benefits, not just technology. 📍Technical/IT education. 📍Will be a big plus: experience selling for data centers in the Russian Federation, knowledge of FSTEC/152-FZ requirements, experience with on-premise software.
