AO FK "Spartak-Moscow" IT Department is looking for a Business Analyst to handle operational tasks for its divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing requirements from internal customers;
- Describing business processes in various notations (BPMN 2.0, IDEF0, EPC);
- Preparing user stories, scenarios, meeting minutes;
- Preparing project documentation: concepts, technical specifications, regulations, policies, functional requirements;
- Maintaining a business process registry;
- Handing over materials to the system analyst, supporting them until tasks are assigned for development;
- Approving process descriptions with owners and users;
- Working with existing documentation templates;
- Interacting with internal divisions/ IT team/ contractors/ vendors on the development and support of corporate systems.
We Value:
- Higher education in information technology, economics, management, or related disciplines;
- Additional training in system/business analysis, BPMN, requirements management, EDMS/ECM/BPM/CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage;
- Experience in projects on optimization and reengineering of business processes; experience with corporate systems is desirable: EDMS/ECM, Business Process Management (BPM), CRM, ERP, corporate portals, 1C, Bitrix24;
- Proficient skills in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements: interviews, workshops, meeting minutes, user stories/use cases, functional requirements/technical specifications, acceptance criteria;
- Proficient work with tools: MS Office/Excel, Visio/Draw.io/Miro, Confluence/Notion/SharePoint or similar, Jira/YouTrack/YouGile/Bitrix24/task management systems;
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and systemic thinking.
- A portfolio of documentation examples without confidential data: process diagrams, functional requirements/technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, instructions - will be an advantage.
