• Distribution of departmental tasks / recruitment / hiring / firing
• (stack : Node.js / C / C++ / Type(Java) Script / SCSS/SQL)
• Task and execution control / mentoring / Product Management
• Interaction with other company departments
• Recruitment of IT industry candidates (Interviews)
• Closing employee timesheets / Bonus payment
• Meeting project deadlines / plans of senior management
• Bringing projects to completion

Requirements:

• Monthly reporting to management + unit economics.
• Management of development stages and principles / architecture and business process logic
• Leadership skills / responsibility / demandingness towards remote employees
• Ability to manage remotely with subordinate employees / 5-10 staff /
• Resolution of conflict issues/situations/deprivations
• Setup with Windows OS
• Strictly: Wired (cable) internet connection RJ-45 LAN required
