We are building a sales infrastructure:

• partner channels instead of reliance on advertising
• AI marketing and sales system
• Systemic and predictable model

In numbers:

• Stage: MVP, 5 projects completed, 2 in progress
• Rates: from 150,000 ₽/month - basic rate from 30,000 ₽/month - support
• LTV (cycle): 3 months
• Profitability: ~60–70 %
• Net profit plan for 2026: 1.5–2 million ₽

Our ICP:

B2B companies with a turnover of 3–50 million ₽, who need a reproducible sales system rather than just traffic. Sectors: AI/ML, SaaS, consulting, IT education.

Task for 2026

Build a sustainable operational system:

• Standardize project implementation
• Build a manageable team
• Fix the economics of scaling
• Prepare the project for investment growth
• Launch a range of proprietary AI solutions

Goal: 2 million ₽ in net profit and transition from a studio to a service model.
