Looking for a Right-Hand and Life-Manager for IT Startups

Hello! I am a developer, currently running 3 serious projects in parallel:

• ERP+CRM for metal rolling (current focus).
• SaaS for auto parts (automatic product loading).
• Cryptobot (promising personal project).

I am now entering the scaling phase: hiring junior developers and negotiating with company directors in the EU. There have become too many processes, and I need someone to help me not drown in this chaos.

Who I am looking for:

A girl who can coordinate me in my tasks and be an emotional support. Currently, I only need online assistance, but it would be preferable if the time zones matched within +- 1 hour. I am in Vilnius.

My priorities:

• Coordination: overseeing my negotiations, mentorship, and team communication.
• Synchronization: daily calls with me (checking in on status and tasks).
• Support: emotional connection and understanding are important to me to maintain focus and avoid burnout.
