About the company honestly:
Hello. Since 2017, we have been helping construction companies build faster and cheaper. We are not theorists; we have engineers with 20 years of experience behind us. We sell consulting, training, and ready-made solutions for systematizing construction. We have a cool product, a website, case studies, and clients.
Current Situation:
We are a small but strong team. We have no bureaucracy. For the last two years, sales were personally handled by the CEO and COO. It's working, but we want to focus on product development and marketing, and hand over sales to a professional.
Who we are looking for:
We don't need a manager who will 'manage chairs.' We need a strong salesperson who will:
- First, dive into the process themselves, take over current leads, and start selling (hands-on!).
- Study the product (we have materials for immersion, we will help).
- Fine-tune the CRM (we have an IT specialist to help and Bitrix24).
- When the sales process becomes stable, they will start hiring assistants and become a full-fledged Head of Sales.
Essentially, you will be the sole person at the start of the department, with the prospect of quickly building a team under you.
What we have for your start:
- Quality Onboarding: We won't throw you 'in the deep end.' We have all the materials ready for you to dive into the product. You will also have the opportunity to communicate directly with our experts and engineers, ask any questions, and gain a deep understanding of the specifics to speak the same language as our clients.
- Marketing and Base: We have been doing marketing since 2023. Leads are coming in, but we warn you honestly: there aren't many of them; we value quality over quantity.
- Accumulated Resources: We have a formed client base that needs active work (closing, updating).
- Tools: CRM system (needs to be fine-tuned for you), help from an IT specialist and the team.
- Product: Something we are not ashamed of – we genuinely solve the pain points of builders (staff shortages, missed deadlines, disorganization on site).
What to be prepared for (Specifics):
- Long Deal Cycle: From 1 to 6 months. This is complex B2B; you need to be able to build relationships and manage clients long-term. There's no quick money 'here and now.'
- High Lead Cost: Since there aren't many leads, they cannot be wasted. Every contact is worth its weight in gold.
Responsibilities:
- High-quality processing of incoming leads (they must be handled 100%).
- Systematic work with the existing database (calls, Zoom meetings, correspondence).
- Managing the deal over the long term until the contract is signed.
- Direct participation in marketing: You won't just receive leads; you will influence their attraction strategy. We need your experience and perspective.
- Participation in refining sales scripts and materials for our deal cycle.
Conditions:
- Income: Fixed salary + a good percentage of sales. Considering the deal cycle, we understand that the first closings may not happen in the first month, and we are ready to discuss this (we will provide KPIs or a 'cushion' at the start).
- Format: Hybrid or remote (negotiable), the main thing is to be in touch and deliver results.
- Direct contact with management without intermediaries. Quick decisions.
- Real career growth: demonstrate systematic work and initial sales – you will get carte blanche to create your own department.
