Currently, the LLC “LR Retail” team is developing three fashion projects in the Russian market — inni, wandu, and Hazzys (all brands are in the same price segment, but with different DNA and audiences); we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to strengthen the team!
Responsibilities:
- Brand management through key business metrics and participation in P&L execution;
- Product range development: participation in the formation of assortment, categories, and seasonal collections;
- Analysis of sales, profitability, and turnover, preparation of conclusions and suggestions;
- Synchronization of product, marketing, and sales to achieve commercial goals;
- Control of brand consistency across all channels: retail, e-commerce, partners;
- Participation in pricing, promotional activities, and collection planning;
- Interaction with international partners and internal teams (purchasing, retail, marketing).
We expect:
- Experience as a brand manager in the fashion / lifestyle segment;
- Understanding of assortment and product range management principles;
- Experience with P&L and commercial indicators;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data;
- Fashion awareness, understanding of trends and the market;
- Experience in cross-functional interaction;
- English language will be an advantage.
