Yandex Cloud is a cloud platform used by tens of thousands of companies and entrepreneurs, from individual professionals to large corporations. Our services provide quick and easy access to modern cloud data processing and storage technologies, such as speech recognition and synthesis, virtual machines, and managed databases. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager. It will be a plus if you understand cloud technologies, have worked for major cloud vendors, and are excellent at communicating and building relationships with people.
Developing customer relationships You will play a crucial role in the customer organization: identifying and studying customer needs, selecting platform usage scenarios, and advising customers on how to best solve their business tasks using Yandex Cloud or partner services.
Managing available resources of adjacent teams You will coordinate the entire customer interaction cycle, including engaging adjacent teams and departments (support service, partner group) to meet customer needs.
Expanding the use of Yandex Cloud products and services We expect you to expand the number of Yandex Cloud products and services consumed by customers, as well as implement new product and industry scenarios in customer businesses.
