The Table Tennis Federation of Russia is looking for a Head of Press Service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the press service: organize team work, assign tasks, control deadlines and quality of work
- Organize the work of the press service at competitions and events, including press conferences, working with VIP guests and interacting with partner press services
- Develop and implement the Federation's PR strategy. Create PR strategies for major events
- Prepare and coordinate official texts, press releases, informational letters, and materials for management. Produce video content and special projects
- Formulate a monthly content plan, coordinate publications on the website, social media, and mass media, and evaluate results
- Control the unified tone of voice and quality of all materials issued on behalf of the Federation
- Build interaction with media, bloggers, partners, and regional federations. Develop a network of regional communications and increase the Federation's information representation
- Coordinate information support for Federation events (content plans, publications in mass media and social media)
- Monitor the information landscape, manage the Federation's reputation, and participate in anti-crisis communications
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as Head of Press Service, PR Manager, or Head of Communications
- Experience in the sports industry, sports federation, or a related organization. Understanding the specifics of sports communications. Personal interest in sports and willingness to immerse in the Federation's activities
- Possess your own database of media contacts and established professional relationships with journalists
- Experience in team management and process organization
- Strong business communication skills, fluent written and spoken language
- Systemic approach, independence, and decision-making ability. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and respond promptly to changes
Conditions:
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, office in Moscow (Luzhnetskaya Embankment, 6, bldg. 1), 5/2 schedule from 9:00 to 18:00
