Business Development Manager

Rosatom Vietnam | Hanoi

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, strategic planning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. The Manager will represent the organization at events, conferences, and meetings, and support efforts to expand partnerships in line with the company’s global objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong, proven network in energy and industry sectors (both B2B and B2G), preferably at C‑level or C‑level‑1.
• High negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• High soft skills (communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, conflict resolution).
• Strategic vision – ability to think long‑term and align actions with business goals.
• Fluent English (written and spoken). Spoken Russian – strongly preferred.
• High responsibility and active life position – proactive, results‑driven, and accountable.
• Good proven track record of concluded contracts – confirmed by previous employers (e.g., signed agreements, revenue evidence).
• Quick adaptability to frequently changing political & economic circumstances, high‑tech & innovation environments.
