Make outgoing cold calls to the provided contact database (legal entities, small and medium-sized businesses);
Reach the decision-maker (DM), not the secretary or non-target employees;
Convey the value of the HeadHunter (hh) service to potential clients, explaining benefits and opportunities;
Identify client needs and current pain points through open-ended questions, not just by reading a script;
Handle objections in a calm, confident manner, without pressure or aggression;
Record the result of each contact in the CRM system: conversation, status, reason for refusal, agreements;
Honestly and accurately enter data: no-answers, refusals, interest, next steps;
Determine and record the next step for each prospective contact (transfer to responsible manager, follow-up call, sending materials);
Interact with clients via messengers (WhatsApp / Telegram) if necessary;
Bring a "warm" contact to a clear result: agreement for demonstration, meeting, test, transfer further down the funnel;
Work at a high pace with a large volume of calls and repetitive conversations, maintaining communication quality;
Respond resiliently to refusals, no-answers, and objections, without reducing effectiveness;
Independently maintain spreadsheets or CRM, monitor contact statuses and planned action completion;
Observe discipline in recording contacts and avoid a "grey zone" (unrecorded outcomes);
Follow the communication plan and overall sales funnel established in the company.
Requirements:
Fluent or confident business communication in Russian and Uzbek languages;
Experience in cold calling, outgoing sales, telemarketing, or lead generation;
Confident PC user: CRM, telephony, spreadsheets, messengers;
Experience with CRM or high willingness to maintain it with discipline;
Understanding of the basic funnel: contact, DM, need, objection, next step;
Resilience to rejections, no-answers, and repetitive conversations;
Grammatical speech, calm and confident manner of communication.
