IT company Kiwitaxi (an international online aggregator of individual transfer booking services) is inviting an Outreach Manager to the Operations department.

Role: We are looking for a person with a hunter's mindset who will independently find new carriers, establish contact, and present the advantages of cooperating with our company. This position is for you if you want to be more than just an executor, but are ready to influence the development of the partner acquisition process. You will have freedom in choosing approaches to searching, communication, and presenting the company.

What is important to us in your experience and skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or partner programs;
• Ability to persuade and build trusting relationships;
• Proactivity, independence, and result orientation;
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher for conducting commercial negotiations;
• Experience in travel-tech, logistics, transport companies, or marketplaces will be a plus.

Additional advantages would be a developed network of contacts on LinkedIn, as well as knowledge of Spanish or Italian.

Tasks:

• Search and attract new carrier partners through social networks, professional communities, messengers, and other open sources;
• Conduct initial negotiations and present the company;
• Identify the needs of potential partners;
• Handle objections and accompany negotiations until connection;
• Maintain a contact database and track interaction statuses;
• Achieve goals for attracting new partners;
• Transfer leads to colleagues for further onboarding stages.

Important specificity: it is necessary to manage a large number of leads through the funnel simultaneously.
