The company is actively expanding in international markets, and today the UAE is one of the key growth regions. We are looking for a strong commercial leader to head the development of our B2B business and help scale the company's partner network.
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of B2B Business in the UAE (Country Manager) who will be responsible for business development and building strategic partnerships in the United Arab Emirates market.
The primary goal is to integrate GetTransfer.com services into the travel ecosystem through partnerships with airlines, banks, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), travel aggregators, hotel chains, DMCs, luxury hotels, corporate travel providers, fintech companies, and other strategic partners.
You will define the company's commercial strategy in the UAE market, launch new partnerships and integrations, and be responsible for the sustainable growth of the B2B business.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the B2B business development strategy in the UAE.
- Building strategic partnerships with airlines, banks, hotel chains, OTAs, travel aggregators, DMCs, corporate travel providers, and luxury brands.
- Identifying new sales channels and partnership integrations.
- Conducting commercial negotiations and concluding strategic agreements.
- Integrating GetTransfer.com services into partners' digital products, loyalty programs, and customer scenarios.
- Full cycle of partnership management: search, negotiation, integration launch, and ongoing collaboration development.
- Identifying new revenue growth streams and business scaling opportunities.
- Achieving commercial KPIs.
- Representing the company at industry events and developing relationships with key market players.
- Collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to launch new initiatives.
Our Expectations
- Over 5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, or Country Management.
- A strong network of contacts in the tourism, aviation, hospitality, banking, or digital markets of the UAE.
- Proven experience in conducting major B2B negotiations and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial skills and a successful track record of business development.
- Experience in travel-tech, mobility, marketplace, or digital platforms will be an advantage.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

- Contacts within Emirates, Etihad, flydubai, leading hotel chains, banks, travel companies, and OTAs in the region.
- Experience launching API integrations and digital partnership projects.
- Experience working in GCC markets.
