Tasks include:
- HR analytics and working with metrics: analyzing turnover, productivity, engagement, identifying risk areas and growth points.
- Forecasting HR risks: timely identification of burnout signals, demotivation, potential resignations, and process inefficiencies.
- Initiating and implementing changes: identifying "bottlenecks" in teams and processes, proposing optimizations for structure, interaction, and team composition.
- Optimizing HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, and employee development.
- Overseeing employee onboarding and adaptation, implementing initiatives to increase engagement.
- Managing a team of HR specialists (assigning tasks, monitoring quality and deadlines for filling vacancies).
- Facilitation and mediation: participating in resolving complex and conflict cases, preventing escalations and HR risks.
Candidate expectations:
- HR Business Partner experience of 3+ years.
- Strong expertise in all key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, motivation, engagement, appraisal, development, and retention.
- Experience managing an HR team.
- Confident in working with HR analytics: the ability to see the reasons behind the numbers and make decisions that impact business results.
- Developed communication skills: the ability to build trust with managers and employees, conduct difficult conversations, and act as a partner to the business.
