📨 Vacancy: Senior VIP Account Manager (High Rollers) | iGaming
🌏 Employment: full-time / remote.
We are a dynamically developing online platform in the iGaming segment, with a focus on premium service for major players. Our team works at the intersection of technology and human approach, creating exclusive conditions for the most demanding clients. In connection with the expansion of the VIP segment, we are looking for an experienced manager to strengthen our presence in the high roller segment and bring their expertise and client portfolio.
▪️ Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Transferring a personal portfolio of VIP players to our platform within an agreed period (usually 1–3 months from the start date).
- Fulfilling the Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) plan, keeping the Churn Rate below the target value, and reactivating dormant major players.
- Assigning individual limits, personal bonuses, cashback, organizing congratulations, gifts, and closed events for specific client requests.
- Constant communication via messengers (24/7 as a personal manager), prompt handling of requests, and if necessary, business trips and calls to strengthen relationships.
- Monitoring key metrics for their segment, initial monitoring of suspicious player activity, and interaction with the anti-fraud department if necessary.
▪️ Candidate Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of experience in iGaming strictly in the VIP / High Roller segment of online casinos or betting.
- Possession of a personal client base of at least 5–10 warm high rollers with confirmed monthly deposits in the range of $50,000 to $200,000 USD. Readiness to transfer these clients within the first 1–3 months of work.
- Confident knowledge of terms such as GGR, NGR, Churn Rate, LTV, understanding bonus mathematics, and wagering requirements.
- Experience in calculating and agreeing on individual terms (cashback, free bets, exclusive promotions).
- Practical experience with casino provider back-offices, CRM systems, and major messengers for client communication.
▪️ Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of several languages (English is mandatory, additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic understanding of Source of Funds verification procedures (KYC / AML) for large deposits.
▪️ Working conditions:
- The motivation scheme is discussed individually with each candidate and includes a fixed salary plus a bonus part tied to KPI achievement.

- The work schedule is built around client needs – essentially, it is personal management of top players with round-the-clock availability via messengers.
