Skypro College (Skyeng) is looking for an Educational Center Director in Novosibirsk.
Skypro College is an offline campus for a school of in-demand skills for children and teenagers. It is part of Skyeng, the №1 EdTech company according to Smart Ranking and top 6 among large IT companies in the HH.ru employer ranking in 2025.
Students aged 8-14 learn programming, design, cybersecurity basics, and develop soft skills. Students aged 15-20 receive secondary vocational education in IT. The school has opened campuses in 10 Russian cities and continues to expand its team.
They are currently looking for an Educational Center Director who will take charge of managing one of the campuses and be responsible for its development and results.
This is a comprehensive management role: you will work with the team, build processes, develop sales and offline marketing, monitor the quality of the client experience, and achieve the center's business metrics.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the educational center and be responsible for its commercial and operational results
- Build team collaboration, allocate areas of responsibility, and help employees achieve common goals
- Develop sales: manage the funnel, improve the efficiency of working with potential clients, and meet revenue targets
- Develop offline marketing: test acquisition formats and channels, evaluate results, and scale successful solutions
- Manage the center's key performance indicators, improve client experience, and identify new growth opportunities
Ideal candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of experience managing a business, branch, or independent unit
- Knows how to manage a team, set goals, and create conditions for achieving results
- Has sales experience and understands how to manage a funnel and a small sales team
- Understands the principles of offline marketing and can evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition channels
- Has worked in a business with high client engagement: education, services, or events industry
- Thinks systemically, makes data-driven decisions, and is ready to take responsibility for the center's results
