🔥 Role: — Hands-on growth from release — 2–3 products in parallel — GTM, product marketing, performance, metrics — Building a repeatable growth system
🧠 Tasks: — Growth in collaboration with product teams — ICP / JTBD / positioning / offer / GTM — Paid acquisition + experiments — Metrics: CAC, LTV, payback, ROMI — Public company presence (LinkedIn, PR, news flow) — Scaling the team and processes
🧩 Profile: — 10+ years in marketing / growth / product marketing — 3+ years in a Head / Lead role — Experience launching tech / digital products — Strong product marketing + performance — International markets (US / Tier-1 — plus) — AI-native mindset, ownership, speed
