About the Job

Transformer Robotics (TR) is seeking an entrepreneurial, highly resilient, and execution-focused General Director to spearhead our manufacturing operations in Binh Duong, Vietnam. TR is undergoing an operational transformation and capacity expansion to support rapidly growing global demand for our innovative furniture lines.

This is not a traditional maintenance or stewardship role. We are looking for a true Builder—a seasoned manufacturing leader who excels in high-growth, dynamic environments and possesses a proven track record of expanding factory footprints, optimizing throughput, and establishing robust operational infrastructure without relying on extensive centralized corporate squads or regional support teams.

Core Strategic Mandate

• Full P&L Responsibility: Own and drive the complete financial and operational performance of the Vietnam entity. Translate global corporate strategy into clear shop-floor execution while remaining strictly accountable for margins, cost-per-unit metrics, and capital expenditure (CapEx) ROI.
• Autonomous Factory Expansion: Lead the physical and operational scaling of the facility. The successful candidate must be highly comfortable building out production capacity, optimizing workflow cells, and managing precision manufacturing environments natively.
• Change Management & Cultural Diplomacy: Drive a modernized, high-performance culture across the factory floor while tactfully managing transitions with long-standing local stakeholders, founding members, and the legacy workforce to ensure absolute operational stability.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Operational & Lean Leadership: implement strict lean manufacturing frameworks, maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), minimize material scrap rates, and manage complex bills of materials (BOM) for specialized assembly.
