We are looking for a leader, a strategist, who will take on B2B marketing, customer base growth, and building long-term client relationships.
IMPORTANT:
It is fundamentally important for us that the person can regularly participate in offline activities:
— business events — conferences — industry exhibitions — meetings with potential clients and partners — face-to-face negotiations with decision-makers
If you are only considering a fully remote format without offline participation, this position is not for you.
We are not looking for a Sales Director (not an ex-Head of Sales) or a B2C marketer who decided to switch to B2B.
We need a person who knows how to build a B2B system.
A person who is capable of:
— defining the development strategy for the corporate direction; — systematically growing the customer base through B2B marketing; — independently approaching companies and decision-makers; — launching and developing partnerships; — representing the company at industry events; — participating in conferences, exhibitions, forums, and business meetings; — turning acquaintances and contacts into real deals; — building an effective system of marketing, sales, and client development around themselves.
We are looking for a person who is equally confident: in the morning at a meeting with the HRD of a large company, in the afternoon at an industry conference, can analyze numbers, build a system, and analyze numbers to implement and track plan vs. actual performance.
It will be a big advantage if you have experience:
— in developing B2B areas with a long sales cycle; — corporate training; — in EdTech; — in training managers and teams; — participating in industry conferences and exhibitions; — independent public speaking to corporate audiences; — preparing presentations, commercial proposals, and case studies for large clients; — working with HRDs, L&D specialists, HR Business Partners, Training Directors, Commercial Directors, and top executives of companies.

Case Study:
The children's camp "Pearl of Russia" in Anapa, part of the Miraklion group of companies.
The camp itself is strong: well-known, with a good reputation, a large influx of children, and high demand. However, in one of the seasons, a problem arose: some of the counselors were not sufficiently prepared to work with children, which led to conflict situations between children-counselors-parents during the change, complaints about communication, counselors were often replaced, and children did not have time to get used to the counselors. Also, children were taken out of the camp before the end of the shift.
It is obvious that such a situation affects not only the quality of children's rest but also the camp's reputation, repeat sales, parental recommendations, and the LTV of families who could return to the camp again.
Task
Propose how you would approach this company with a B2B offer from Seda Kasparova's Training Center.
Our potential product idea: develop and implement a methodology for training counselors before the summer season to improve the quality of communication with children and parents, reduce the number of conflicts, complaints, and early departures, and also increase children's desire to return to the camp again.
