AI enterprise management system developer MassPers is seeking a Production Director.

The Essence:
The company implements a "second brain" system in enterprises: a separate computer within a closed network, without internet access. Tasks are assigned verbally; the system integrates 1C, telephony, documents, correspondence, and cameras to identify areas where the facility is losing money, with documentation backing every figure.
A manufacturing holding company with seven sites and two hundred distribution centers has achieved direct monthly optimization of 4-7 million rubles within two months of integration. Among the findings was a cost item that was not charged to 308 thousand units of production over a quarter and had been hidden for years within allowances. The system operates in 20 regions, on government projects, and in factories.
Why the Company Needs a Production Specialist, Not an IT Specialist:
There are engineers in the team who know how to connect data. What the system doesn't know without you is what's important on the shop floor: where downtime occurs during shift changes, why the plan vs. actual figures match on paper but not in the warehouse, which of the thousands of findings a master craftsman will accept as true and which are garbage. The best results were achieved in collaboration with the operational director of a client factory who knew their pain points by name. Now, such a person is needed within the team for all production integrations.
What You Will Do:
Be responsible for the entire production segment: auditing the site before integration, deciding with engineers what to connect and what to measure as results, and defending the achieved effect to the owner. This will involve two to three sites concurrently. Target clients are manufacturing companies and groups that are lagging in digitalization and are aware of it: multiple databases, billions in revenue, but only 1C and telephony software that no one listens to.
First Three Months:
Financial Responsibility:
Variable part of compensation based on completed integrations: implementation act and client-confirmed effect. The compensation scheme will be discussed during the meeting.
Who We Are Looking For:
Three or more years of production management experience: factory, workshop of a hundred or more people, multiple sites – production director, chief engineer, production manager. Ability to read plan-fact analysis, understand where downtime and defects occur, and the difference between a report for the owner and a report for a supervisor. No need to know AI; they will teach you. You need to know production.

For five years, the company has been developing mass personalization solutions for government agencies: 20 regions, ministries, departments. The system grew out of this experience. The enterprise segment is being launched now – you are joining at the start, with all the pros and cons of a startup. The system is not a prototype: it operates in 20 regions, on government projects, and in factories.
Selection Process:
One out of twenty candidates is selected. Three steps: brief written correspondence on the substance, access to the work portal with the product and case studies, and an in-office meeting involving hands-on work with the system on a computer. No logic tests. Decisions are communicated directly and quickly, in both directions.
