What you will do:
- Ensure interaction with customers and sales managers regarding presale projects for post-warranty service maintenance (PWSO);
- Ensure interaction with back-office departments regarding the development and approval of procurement procedure documentation packages;
- Ensure interaction with service managers in preparing technical and commercial proposals and transferring presale projects for implementation;
- Ensure interaction with subcontractors and vendors in preparing their commercial proposals and using them in the design of PWSO delivery, feasibility studies, and procurement procedures;
- Organize the collection and analysis of data on IT services, IT infrastructure, service quality parameters for tariff calculation and other tasks of a presale architect;
- Calculate the planned cost price of presale project services;
- Coordinate and populate project calculations regarding post-warranty technical maintenance services;
- Prepare feasibility studies and proposals within PWSO presale projects;
- Prepare and deliver presentations to Customers and Sales Managers;
- Prepare technical specifications for contractual documentation;
- Prepare documentation packages for procurement procedures;
- Participate in the development of marketing materials, including service product descriptions;
- Participate in the development and promotion of PWSO services;
- Interact with engineers and experts in preparing technical and commercial proposals and the PWSO service-resource model;
- Search for market- and technologically justified contractors and partners, including optimizing the procurement cost of their services;
- Participate in the development of PWSO tariffs and related product documentation and content, and their periodic updates.

- Higher education;
- Deep understanding of service delivery principles, including ITIL/ITSM;
- Technical knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure and service architecture for technical support of server, network equipment, data storage systems, and system software;
- Application of service pricing principles and organization of service technical support, and experience in developing technical specifications for PWSO services;
- Experience in successful presale projects of service projects with actual revenue of at least 700 million rubles per year;
- Experience in preparing procurement documentation under 223-FZ;
- Negotiation and client relationship building skills and experience;
- High level of communication skills and customer focus;
- Skills and experience in forming regulatory and executive documents;
- Management of service and integration IT projects;
- Basic knowledge of product lines for network equipment from Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, etc.;
- Basic knowledge of product lines for server equipment, storage systems, and converged infrastructure from manufacturers HPE, Dell, IBM, EMC, NetApp, Huawei, Hitachi, etc.;
- Ability to set tasks and create technical specifications;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint;
- Work experience in the service department of a manufacturer or integrator;
- Experience in presale projects with Customers conducting procurement of services under 44-FZ and 223-FZ;
- Experience managing service projects for government customers as a Project Manager.
