TION is a Russian technology company that creates smart solutions for a healthy and comfortable microclimate. We invented and developed the "breezer" – a compact device for supplying fresh, purified air into a home with closed windows. We are developing the breezer category, making innovations understandable and accessible, and shaping a new standard for air quality and attitude towards microclimate in Russia.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Director who will take marketing under their management and make it more systematic: help form a strategic direction, ensure a unified approach to brand positioning, integrate marketing processes, and turn marketing into a business growth tool.

KEY ROLE:

This is not a task coordinator role. We need a person with creative thinking, capable of making strategic decisions and creating a working marketing system.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Marketing Strategy:

• Joint development of the company's marketing strategy
• Participation in the development of product and brand positioning
• Formation of marketing plans for the year, quarter, and month
• Transformation of strategy into specific initiatives, projects, and KPIs
• Search for new opportunities for business growth

Brand and Communications:

• Implementation and development of a unified company Tone of Voice
• Formation of unified communication principles
• Quality control of communications across all channels
• Brand management and its perception
• Development of communication platforms for products and services

Management of Marketing Directions

Organization and coordination of all marketing functions:

Digital Marketing / SMM / Content Marketing / Offline Marketing / Exhibitions and Events / Design / Content Production / Work with contractors and agencies
