Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven Venture Studio based in Silicon Valley. We are building our own AI technological ecosystem and a portfolio of AI-driven assets.

We are looking for a builder who will establish the growth function from scratch and be maximally hands-on at the start: launching traffic, experiments, and a metrics system for 2-3 products in parallel (in partnership with product managers).

What is important: • 10+ years in marketing / growth / product marketing • 3+ years in a leadership role (Head / Lead / Founding) • Experience launching digital / mobile / AI products from scratch and scaling them • Strong product marketing skills (ICP, JTBD, positioning, offer, pricing) • Ability to work with metrics and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, ROMI) • International mindset, preferably experience in the US / Tier-1 markets • Readiness to do the work hands-on first, then build the function and team

🎯 Areas of Responsibility: • GTM / growth strategy and metrics at the product and studio level • Hands-on launch of acquisition, onboarding, monetization • Building a repeatable growth system • Public presence of the company (social media + PR, together with the team)

⚙️ Format and Conditions: • Full-time, remote • Flexible working hours, synchronization with the team based on CET • Total compensation from $6000 per month – no ceiling, everything depends on your speed, performance, and contribution to the products + quarterly OKRs
