Auto parts supplier ARMTEK has an opening for a Head of Process Management Department.
ARMTEK is among the key companies in the auto parts market, engaged in the import and distribution of goods for the operation, repair, and maintenance of passenger and commercial vehicles.
ARMTEK is the largest supplier of auto parts for passenger and commercial vehicles in Belarus, Russia, and Kazakhstan! Our team consists of 3500+ employees across Russia. We are looking for a Head of Process Management Department to join our team in the Belarusian office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's service and process directory
- Manage the company's service and process performance indicators directory
- Manage internal client inquiries
- Incident management
- Provide operational control and process improvement
- Manage internal process audits
- Manage the company's organizational structure
- Manage QMS tools (maintain existing, implement new ones)
- Manage department personnel
- Provide methodological support on QMS processes to company employees
- Develop training materials on quality management tools and QMS in general
- Conduct training
Candidate Profile:
- Willingness to relocate to Minsk, Belarus
- Higher education (preferably in Economics / Business Administration / Quality Management)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards or similar QMS standards
- Knowledge of the methodology for preparing and conducting internal quality management audits
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Preferably, experience working with ARIS tools
