The yachting holding Burevestnik Group is seeking a Director of Advertising Sales and Distribution for Yachting Magazine.

Burevestnik Group is the leading yachting holding in the Russian Federation, specializing in the sale of premium brand motor yachts and boats, management of yacht infrastructure (yacht clubs, marinas), and providing comprehensive services for boat owners and their vessels.

Yachting is the first international publication in Russian dedicated to motor yachts, boats, and an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Working with existing clients (advertisers) and attracting new ones
• Analytics: demand forecasting, market analysis
• Developing and searching for promising sales channels
• Magazine distribution, monitoring availability at points of sale
• Monitoring and analyzing key financial indicators, operational activities, budgeting, cost optimization, ensuring profitability

Requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field (proven successful experience in selling advertising in premium print and online publications will be an advantage)
• Proactivity, creativity, analytical thinking, ability to work with large volumes of information
• Result-oriented

Conditions:

• Salary based on interview results (base salary + bonuses)
• Work schedule: 10:00 to 19:00
