Why we need this role
We need someone who can turn database work into a manageable system: understand who leaves and why, build scenarios for retention and support, and prove with numbers that they work. The first priorities are to bring back patients who haven't visited us in a long time and to increase the number of families on annual service.
What you will be doing:
- segmenting the database across all four brands: by patient value, recency of visit, child's age, specialties, and reasons for leaving
- proactively proposing new funnels and communication scenarios to increase retention: independently identifying where we are losing patients and coming up with a ready-made solution
- building and launching patient re-engagement programs: scenarios, channels, offers, touch frequency
- developing patient lifecycle support scenarios: from the first visit to annual service and transitions between specialties
- managing channels: email (Sendsay), WhatsApp Business, push notifications in the mobile app, triggered scenarios in CRM
- assigning tasks for the development of our own system for triggered and cascading dispatches and verifying the results
- measuring results honestly: control groups, cohorts, contribution to repeat visits and revenue
- formulating requirements for a CDP and participating in its selection and implementation
- working closely with the sales department, contact center, client service, and brand team (the brand team writes the copy, you provide the segment, task, and scenario logic)
Tech Stack: Sendsay (email), WhatsApp Business API, mobile app (push), CRM, 1C-based MIS. Triggered and cascading dispatches are in-house development.
What we expect from a new colleague:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing, with at least 3 years working with a database of 100,000+ contacts
- you were responsible for retention or customer re-engagement results, not just sending out newsletters
- proficient Excel: pivot tables, cohort analysis, calculating the effect on a control group
- understand how triggers work in CRM (amoCRM, Bitrix24) and can build triggered and cascading scenarios across multiple channels
- know the requirements for communication consents and personal data (152-FZ) and can protect the database from burnout
- proactive: you find growth opportunities and propose scenarios yourself, rather than waiting for a task
- can go from hypothesis to launch and report
- interested in AI and apply it in your work: in data analysis, hypothesis generation, scenario design, communication template creation
- verify results and do not transfer personal data to external services
Will be a plus:
- experience in medicine, pharma, children's services, or subscription models
- experience implementing CDP or automation platforms (Mindbox and similar)
- SQL
