You are focused on a strong product and brand and are always ready to prioritize them. You have "eaten a dog" in finance and understand the importance of turnover, ROA, ROE.

Responsibilities:

• Setting company goals and decomposing them by department
• Forming and regularly updating the strategy
• Implementing the strategy and achieving company goals. We do not tolerate not meeting goals
• Constantly searching for bottlenecks and scaling points. Accordingly, the CEO's focus changes every 3-6 months
• Managing the company's operational activities (product, commerce, brand, supply, administration, IT, HR)
• Involvement in all key business processes and attention to detail, especially in product development. The CEO personally reviews and approves the product before its launch
• Forming and maintaining a strong CEO-1, CEO-2 team. The CEO approves the hiring of all key employees
• Achieving goals for key performance indicators — UMS%, CFR, ROA, ROE
• Controlling financial and tax risks
• Market and competitor analysis. Trend-watching with a focus on US and Asian markets
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners (marketplaces, networks, suppliers, logistics companies)
• Conducting strategic sessions 4 times a year. Monitoring the completion of 100% of strategic tasks on time
• Increasing company value
• Ensuring all legislative and regulatory requirements
