Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley that builds a portfolio of AI products: from consumer applications and smart devices to local LLM clusters and infrastructural AI software. We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to build the studio's marketing and growth function from scratch.
🔥 This role is for you if you have:
- 10+ years in marketing / growth / product marketing in digital/IT products
- 3+ years in a Head/Lead/Founding-level role with management of a direction and results
- Experience launching and growing multiple products (multi-product / portfolio mindset)
- Practical experience bringing mobile apps and digital products to international markets (preferably US / Tier-1)
- A strong foundation in product marketing (ICP/JTBD, positioning, offer, pricing) + confident growth/performance execution
- Understanding of the specifics of AI products and the ability to "package" AI value so that it is bought/used
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead growth for 2–3 products in parallel with product managers (co-ownership)
- For each product, define ICP/JTBD, positioning, offer, and a basic GTM model
- Launch the first acquisition channels (paid + quick organic/partner) and achieve measurable results
- Build a system of metrics: from acquisition/activation/retention/monetization to unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, ROMI)
- Launch and optimize performance channels, creatives, landing pages, onboarding, and lifecycle communications
- Launch and manage the studio's public presence: LinkedIn, Instagram, news flow, publications in US media
