Director of Information Technology (Astra Cloud) at Astra IT Companies Group
Astra IT Companies Group is seeking a Director of Information Technology (Astra Cloud).
"Astra Cloud" is a cloud provider. The team is building Astra Cloud — a Russian platform for large businesses and state-owned companies, focused on simple scalability, high performance, and security.

Responsibilities:
- Launching and supporting new services
- Developing a strategy for the development of public cloud infrastructure
- Ensuring the scalability and fault tolerance of cloud infrastructure
- Managing implementation projects: from architecture to acceptance testing
- Compliance with SLA for service availability
- Managing teams: customer service and technical support (L1–L3), network infrastructure, data center, implementation and operation
- Hiring, developing the team, and middle managers.
- Establishing KPIs and team motivation
- Building incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL) for quick resolution of failures at all infrastructure levels.
- Planning and managing the cost budget, including procurement of infrastructure, data centers, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and normative legal acts (152-FZ, 187-FZ, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience as CTO, CIO, or Head of Infrastructure in a cloud provider, hosting company, or large IT infrastructure with a park of 1000+ physical servers
- Experience in designing and building cloud solutions
- Understanding of network architecture, storage systems, data center virtualization
- Experience in building customer service and technical support
- Practical experience in operation: monitoring systems (Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana), logging (ELK), and backup
- Experience in implementing ITSM (ITIL) processes in a 24/7 environment
- Management experience leading technical teams of 30+ people, including hiring, retention, and development
- Higher technical education
