CMO / TOP-20 Bank

Tasks

• Growth of retail business through marketing, digital channels, and product launches.
• Development of online acquisition and partner ecosystems: marketplaces, telecom, financial aggregators.
• Premium segment: HNWI, loyalty, partnerships, cross-selling.
• Data-driven marketing: funnel, unit economics, CAC/LTV, end-to-end analytics, data-driven budget allocation.
• AI in marketing: content, personalization, analytics, customer communications.
• Brand, PR, and trust: reputation, media, customer protection as part of the brand.
• Management of the marketing, PR, digital, CRM, and analytics team; cross-functional work with product, IT, risk, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years C-level experience in the financial sector; team of 50+, budget from 1 billion ₽/year.
• Proven growth track record: customers, market share, online channel, assets.
• Experience in digital transformation: online business, mobile applications, partner integrations, remote identification.
• Proficiency in analytics: funnel, CAC, LTV, unit economics.
• Expertise in HNWI and premium programs.
• Strong experience in PR, brand, and reputation in the financial sector.
• Readiness for operational management of the team, budget, and P&L.
• Desirable: experience in a bank/fintech, knowledge of banking products and advertising restrictions, AI pilots, English language.

Conditions

• Salary 1,200,000 ₽/month gross + bonus based on KPI and bank performance.
• Direct reporting to CEO-1 and participation in strategic decisions.
