About the project
GoodDrop is an entertainment gaming platform in the CS2 skins & case opening niche.
We are building a product with high user engagement:
cases; / upgrades; / contracts; / battles; / daily activities; / game and retention mechanics.
We are now looking for a senior-level CRM / Retention Lead who can build the product's retention system almost from scratch and become the owner of all lifecycle marketing.
We need not just a "distributor," but a person who understands:
the product; / player psychology; / retention; / LTV; / CRM economics; / behavioral marketing; / segmentation; / VIP/reactivation; / event-driven communications.
What you will do
Build the product's CRM system
Work with retention and LTV
Create segmentation
Launch CRM communications
Telegram; / email; / push; / in-app; / SMS; / bonus and game mechanics.
Work with analytics
Manage the CRM direction
