HR (Affiliate Hiring) — iGaming

📍 Limassol, Cyprus · Office · Full-time

We are looking for an HR specialist to hire Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads working with Tier 2 / Tier 3 GEOs.

⚠️ Important

• 🇨🇾 Must already be living in Cyprus • 🏢 Office-based work in Limassol only • ❌ Relocation, remote work, and hybrid are not considered • 🌍 Mandatory experience in hiring specialists from the affiliate sector focusing on Tier 2 / Tier 3

🔥 Responsibilities

• Search for and attract Affiliate Managers / Team Leads through LinkedIn, Telegram, iGaming communities, and your own network. • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' experience, GEO, results, and understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid. • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → interviews → offer → hiring. • Coordinate the onboarding and adaptation of new employees. • 📊 Track the performance of hired employees. • If an employee is not performing well — identify the problem and, if necessary, initiate a search for a replacement. • Maintain a candidate pipeline and database.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience. • Experience in iGaming / betting / casino. • Understanding of the affiliate sector and specifics of Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets. • Experience in independently sourcing passive candidates. • Ability to assess not only experience but also the candidate's real results. • English level B1 or higher. • Systematic approach, independence, and results-oriented mindset.

⭐ Plus: Own network in iGaming affiliate, experience hiring Affiliate Managers / Team Leads, participation in SiGMA / iGB.

💰 Compensation

Fixed salary + bonus for each employee who successfully passes the probation period.

KPIs — pipeline quality, number of relevant candidates, hiring rates, and performance of hired employees.
