What you will be doing:

• Resolving issues of any complexity.
• Diagnosing and eliminating incidents related to the iiko software and its components, as well as peripherals.
• Analyzing logs, settings, and technical data to identify the causes of malfunctions.
• Consulting partners and first-line specialists on complex iiko operation issues.
• Preparing and updating the knowledge base, instructions, and standard solutions.
• Participating in the analysis of mass incidents and problems, developing measures to prevent recurring issues.
• Escalating incidents to L3 and supporting them until full resolution.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can explain complex things in simple terms.
• Thinks one step ahead.
• Is ready to learn new tools and share knowledge.
• Values team spirit: There is no room for egoism here – only mutual support.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience with iiko (implementation/support/maintenance) – from 2 years.
• Deep knowledge of iikoFront, BackOffice, iikoWeb.
• Diagnosis and support of external integrations; confident work with API.
• Knowledge of EGAIS and "Chestny ZNAK" (Honest MARK) labeling requirements.
• Analysis of logs and identification of incident causes.
• Experience with Service Desk; independent diagnostics and correct escalation.
• Proficient written communication and experience with technical documentation.
