What you will be doing:
- Full cycle of recruitment for office staff of various levels;
- Tasks related to improving the processes of the talent management department in terms of employee search, search sources, and optimization.
- Compiling a job profile based on communication with the client;
- Identifying effective search sources, posting vacancies;
- Conducting interviews, coordinating and monitoring the candidate's progress through all selection stages;
- Monitoring the candidate's start date;
- Labor market monitoring;
- Maintaining reports in Huntflow.

- Possesses skills in Executive search and direct search;
- Has at least 3 years of experience in recruiting office staff.
