The manufacturing company for perfumery and cosmetic products KlinCosmic is looking for a Marketing Director.
KlinCosmic is a manufacturer of pharmaceutical-grade perfumery and cosmetic products and dietary supplements under the "SelfieLab" brand, part of the VIC group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launching new brands from scratch and scaling them
- Developing marketing strategy, managing P&L, budget
- Brand management: positioning, USP, assortment, packaging, new SKUs with R&D
- Communications: digital, SMM, PR, CRM, trade marketing, working with opinion leaders and doctors
- Sales support (marketplaces, retail, e-com): promotions, materials, analytics
- Marketing team management (setting KPIs, tasks, development)
- Monitoring compliance with advertising and labeling legislation for dietary supplements/cosmetics (with lawyers)
Requirements:
- Marketing experience of 5+ years, with 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in the full cycle of launching new brands/products (industries: FMCG, cosmetics, dietary supplements/vitamins, pharma, nutraceuticals, beauty, wellness)
- Knowledge of the market, channels (pharmacies, e-com, marketplaces), regulations (dietary supplements/cosmetics)
- Skills: strategy, positioning, unit economics, analytics (Excel/BI), budget management
- Personal qualities: entrepreneurial thinking, P&L responsibility, systematic approach, leadership
- Experience with marketplaces (will be an advantage)
- NPD management and cross-functional coordination skills (will be an advantage)
