We already have a strong internal team: a powerful content department and performance marketing that consistently generates leads. Now we are moving to a new level – we want to be talked about outside our bubble: in the media, by top bloggers, and on cool platforms in Moscow.
We are looking for someone to help the brand make a loud and beautiful statement in the city.
What You Will Be Doing
80% of the time – PR, Influence, and Partnerships:
- Searching for and working with bloggers, ambassadors, and opinion leaders (from sexologists and psychologists to lifestyle bloggers and celebrities)
- Negotiating paid integrations + advantageous barter collaborations
- Creating and developing our own ambassador program
- Working with the media: organizing interviews, podcasts, publications, and press releases
- Partner marketing – cool collaborations with brands from wellness, psychology, beauty, fashion, and closed clubs
- Maintaining warm, long-term relationships with partners
20% of the time – Event Marketing:
- Organizing the center's atmospheric events (lectures, private evenings, trainings) at our venue at Winzavod and other interesting locations
- Ensuring good lead generation from events
- Promoting our speakers at external venues and festivals
- Interacting with the Winzavod art cluster
Reporting – transparent and honest: costs → leads → ROI. Everything is visible and measurable.
Who We Are Looking For
An energetic, communicative, and slightly entrepreneurial person who knows how to negotiate and enjoys the result.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in Influence Marketing, PR, or Partner Marketing for at least 2 years
- Understanding of how the blogger market works and how to negotiate with them
- Event organization experience (at least partial)
- Proficient spoken and written language skills
Important Qualities:
- Proactivity and mobility – you enjoy meeting people, going out into the city, and finding opportunities
- Stress resistance and the ability to gracefully resolve emergencies
- Aesthetic taste and sense of style
- Tact and ethics (the topic requires respect for boundaries)
