What You Will Do:
- Ensure the financial plan is executed within the approved roadmap
- Achieve company operational break-even within 3 months
- Ensure the return on investment is achieved by September 2026
- Build an operational management system for the company
- Systematize and optimize key business processes
- Eliminate functional duplication, gaps, and inefficiencies in processes
- Implement clear and functional regulations
- Ensure the stable operation of the company's operational segment
- Organize effective task assignment and execution control
- Improve team discipline, speed, and quality of work
- Form a transparent structure of responsibility within the company
- Implement management reporting: daily / weekly / monthly
- Build a KPI system for key areas
- Manage the business through operational and financial indicators
- Increase the efficiency of existing business lines
- Prepare processes and the management system for scaling
You Are a Good Fit If:
- You have experience as an Operations Director / Project Manager in the dietary supplements/vitamins/cosmetics sector
- You know how to bring order to processes and achieve results from implementations
- You possess strong systemic thinking and independence
- You have experience working with task managers, knowledge bases, and regulations.
- You have specific case studies with quantifiable results
- You are ready to work in an AI-first culture and enhance not only yourself but also the team using AI
- You understand the specifics of marketplaces and operational processes within this environment
- You have practical skills in positioning, segmentation, CJM, USP, brand/product line architecture
